General Responsibilities:

  • Assist the IT team in supporting its software, and end user environment
  • Maintain and enhance web site requirements primarily through the homegrown CMS and other software applications
  • Under the direction of IT Support team assist in web development
  • Resolve incoming IT support requests and issues in a timely manner
  • Perform all other duties assigned as part of a cooperative team effort
  • Programming in .NET framework as needed or able

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field of study
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, customer service and technical skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to focus on assigned tasks
  • Positive, self-confident, and professional disposition
  • Self-starter, quickly grasps delegated tasks, and requires minimal supervision
  • Basic to intermediate HTML, Javascript, CSS, JQUERY, C#
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of programming, Object oriented programming (OOP), C#/ or Java
  • Basic to intermediate T-SQL
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of HTTP protocols
